Wild game dishes
During the hunting season, the Historic Hotel Albrici offers a new menu with wild game dishes.
In Valposchiavo, game hunting is a real tradition that is handed down from generation to generation and involves a large part of the local population. In order to celebrate this tradition and support the 100% Valposchiavo project at the same time, the Historic Hotel Albrici offers wild game starters, as well as first and second courses. Recipes are appreciated for their particular contrast of flavours between wild game and other ingredients, such as blueberries, red cabbage or fruit.
